Candice Warner reveals her shock weight loss in first TV interview after being ... trends now

She's spent the past three weeks surviving on a meagre diet of rice and beans.

So it's no wonder Candice Warner revealed a noticeably slimmer frame as she made her first TV appearance after being eliminated from I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.  

The mother-of-three, 39, appeared on The Project on Friday to discuss her time in the South African jungle, cheekily revealing to the panel that she had stolen rival Skye Wheatley's lip gloss before exiting camp. 

Candice revealed her slender arms and prominent collarbones in a strapless blue dress.

Her cheekbones and jawline also appeared more chiselled then usual, no doubt due to the limited diet afforded to contestants on the reality show. 

During her chat to The Project, Candice spoke fondly of campmates Peter Daicos, Michelle Bridges, Frankie Muniz and Stephen K Amos. 

'We really were like a family towards the end of my stay in the jungle,' the cricket WAG enthused. 

She reflected on how much she missed her family during her time away, telling the panel: 'There wasn't a moment in the jungle that I didn't think about them.'   

However, being apart from her daughters Ivy, nine, Indi, seven, and Isla, four, did have a silver lining.
