Diddy was pictured taking a phone call as he strode outside his Miami mansion on Tuesday .
The music executive, 54, had a chat along the dock of his Star Island property with his cell phone in hand and headset in place.
It comes after federal agents raided his estates in Miami and Los Angeles last month amid a sex trafficking investigation.
At times, Diddy appeared tense during the phone conversation.
He strode down the dock in a navy polo shirt, shorts, and chunky trainers. His look was finished off with a matching hat.

Federal agents last month raided rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs's homes in Miami and Los Angeles in connection to an ongoing sex-trafficking investigation.
Sources told ABC News that two of Diddy's sons were detained then released without charges. TMZ identified them as Justin and Christian 'King' Combs.
Diddy was not present during the raids, and was seen pacing around Miami airport shortly after.
Combs' lawyer Aaron Dyer has slammed how the situation was handled, saying a day after the raids: 'Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr Combs' residences.
'There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.
'Mr Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr Combs nor any of his family members
