Jon Bon Jovi was stunned on This Morning on Wednesday, when Cat Deeley shared a picture of herself interviewing him 24 years ago.

The legendary rock singer, 62, joined the ITV programme to reflect on his long career ahead of his upcoming documentary Thank You, Goodnight.

And showing a snap of him with Cat on CD:UK back in 2000, Cat added: 'There we go, I'm a baby there as well and you're a baby.'

In a still from the episode, baby-faced Cat can be seen speaking to Jon, who still has the same hairstyle.

Cat kick-started her career as part of a much-loved trio with Ant and Dec on SM:TV Live and also hosted its spin-off pop music show, CD:UK, which she starred on until 2005.

'There were the highs and the lows - because to have an honest and good career to last forty years there has to be highs and lows and you have to acknowledge both.'

And along with Cat's co-host Ben Shephard, they also looked over some old footage featured in the documentary, as Jon said: 'I've had such a
