Simon Cowell has joked that his Britain's Got Talent co-star Amanda Holden needs to stop looking at herself on social media and focus more on their show's contestants.

The 53-year-old could not help but laugh when hearing what Simon wanted her to do less of when he was asked for a segment of his fellow judge's radio show.

The pair, alongside Bruno Tonioli and Alesha Dixon are returning to our screens with the ITV programme's 17th series on Saturday.

Heart Breakfast's Jamie Theakston invited his co-host to preempt what Simon would say she should do less of this morning, but she failed to land on the correct answer.

Jamie played a video to Amanda where Simon cheekily suggested: 'I would like Amanda to do less off... Looking at herself on social media whilst we're filming and focus on the contestants.'

Clearly spoilt for choice, Amanda had predicted that the 64-year-old would bring up any from a list of her toilet humour, inane chat, laughing, or pushing him when she laughs.

But she did get one thing right - Simon gave a list of things for his colleague to work on, as they approach the new series.

He added: 'Stop telling me [your] show's number one. A little more focus on the set please Amanda!'

The radio presenter bursts into hysterics as she heard Simon's wise words before admitting: 'I constantly say to
