The former TOWIE star, 33, shares Finty, nine months, with Lorri and has daughter Sunday, six, from her previous relationship with jailed ex Arthur Collins.
In a teaser clip ahead of Wednesday night's episode this week, Ferne decided to replace cows milk with her very own breast milk, as she made Lorri a morning coffee.
Ferne, who has previously admitted she drinks her own breast milk regularly, couldn't contain her laughter as she gave Lorri his drink.
The mother-of-two asked Lorri: 'Babe, do you want a coffee?' and whispered to the camera: 'Shall I froff up a little bit of breastmilk?'
