Sharon Stone was effortlessly stylish as she was joined by her youngest son, Quinn, for a rare outing as the pair grabbed a bite to eat in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

The Basic Instinct actress, 66 - who recently said she was 'shocked' not to be offered anymore big roles after her part in Casino - enjoyed a tasty meal with the 17-year-old at the celebrity hotspot, The Ivy.

The star donned a plain, white top as well as a black jacket that was unzipped at the front.

The Golden Globe winner carried a black purse over her left shoulder to hold a few items she needed during the daytime excursion.

Stone accessorized her look by adding a pearl necklace and also sported a pair of black-rimmed glasses for a finishing touch.

Sharon is mother to three sons - whom she all adopted. Her eldest son Roan, 23, was adopted in 2001 after she suffered three miscarriages during her marriage to newspaper executive, Phil Bronstein.

After tying the knot in 1998, the former couple divorced in 2004, with Bronstein receiving primary custody and Sharon receiving visits from Roan every month.

Last month in March, the actress got candid about losing custody over her son after a judge berated her racy role in Basic Instinct.

Following the divorce, Sharon - who suffered a brain aneurysm in 2001 - also adopted Laird, 18, in 2005 and Quinn the following year.

Last year in October, the star discussed putting her main focus into motherhood rather than Hollywood during an interview with People.

'I'm grateful that I chose motherhood as a healthy approach to my life and that I didn't prioritize Hollywood because they certainly didn't prioritize me,' she expressed to the outlet.
