A former winner of The Apprentice has revealed they only found out they won the show when it aired on TV.
Joseph Valente won the BBC show back in 2015 with his plumbing business.
But the entrepreneur, 35, has revealed all is not as it seems on the reality series, with producers deliberately making tasks harder than they need to be.
He also told how the show filmed two endings, one of Joseph winning and one of runner-up Vana Koutsomitis winning.
He told The Sun: 'I was definitely surprised when they told us they would film two endings – one where each of us won. They told us about two minutes before it happened.

He said: 'It was just because they had to do due diligence and see if any issues were found post-filming that meant Lord Sugar couldn't possibly pick you as his business partner'

Instead, Joseph only found out he won the show at the same time as everyone else when it finally aired on TV.
