Skye Wheatley has revealed the impact viral backlash had on her after she posted an 'insensitive' joke on Instagram about her sex life with boyfriend Lachlan Waugh.
The influencer, 30, recently claimed she was axed from Channel Seven's reboot of Big Brother back in 2022 after making the controversial sex confession.
During Thursday's episode of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! Australia, Skye slammed social media trolls for 'twisting' her words.
'It started blowing up, getting posted to other pages,' she explained.
'She's making her partner have unconsensual sex [they would say]. I had to post an apology explaining myself. It's the perfect example of how things get twisted.'
