And in one of the biggest hints yet, Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Skye's husband Lachlan Waugh and her two children, Forest and Bear, were spotted at Gold Coast Airport this week, boarding a plane bound for South Africa.

An insider close to the production exclusively revealed the influencer's stint on the show was carefully planned.

According to the source, the reality TV darling was assured she would make it to the finale.

'Skye was hesitant at first about signing up for the grueling challenge. However, she was promised a good shot at winning and making it to the finale,' the insider shared.
