Here's a useful life tip. If you are hoping to get away with multiple murders, don't go on television and accidentally confess. It really won't end well.
U.S. property mogul Robert Durst killed his wife Kathie in 1982. He murdered his best friend Susan Berman in 2000, and dismembered elderly neighbour Morris Black the following year.
And he might have eluded justice entirely if not for the 2015 miniseries The Jinx.
It was The Jinx that uncovered a link between Durst and a letter — marked 'Cadaver' — revealing the location of Berman's body. And it was in the final episode of the six-part series that Durst confessed.
