The actress, 61, solemnly bid farewell to the army veteran at his funeral two weeks ago, after his shock death aged 42.
The Shameless star, took to social media to announce the death of her spouse of 13 years, and father of her daughter Flame, 11, last month.
And now six weeks on from the tragic death she has reflected on her grief saying the day he died her 'world fell apart'.
She penned on Twitter: 'Six weeks ago today was the worst day of my entire life, my world fell apart, my hubby Paul is dead, but he lives forever in my heart x.'
