The controversial fitness influencer, 35, shared several Instagram photos on Thursday which showed her wearing what appeared to be a diamond ring on her wedding finger.
She was also seen wearing the ring in a recent YouTube video.
Eagle-eyed followers quickly noticed this - sparking rumours that she has secretly wed Nicholas just weeks after going public with their relationship.
Elsewhere on Thursday, the mother-of-four also shared a photo of Nicholas wearing a silver band on his wedding finger as the couple visited a cafe.
