Rachael Finch has hit back at cruel trolls after they branded her with a cruel mother-shaming slur and wildly accused her of 'underfeeding' her children with a 'strict' diet.

The model, 35, often gives an insight into her cookery and frequently shows off the healthy meals she has prepared for her children Violet, eight, and Dominic, five.

However, Rachael revealed she has been called an 'almond mum' and accused of 'endangering' her kids after sharing a video of herself making her children naked burgers.

'Almond mum' is a negative term used to criticise a person for allegedly pushing disordered and unhealthy eating on to their families, and is often used hyperbolically to refer to parents 'obsessed' with healthy nutrition.

Rachael hit back at trolls who cruelly labelled her with the mother-shaming slur as she criticised their 'nasty' remarks and slammed the bizarre accusation as 'hilarious'.

'I've had a giggle with a lot of you on what type of Mum you would be if you were labelled by a food. Comment what type of food **** Mum you would be?'

Rachael's comments come after she was accused of 'underfeeding' her children after making them naked burgers, wrapped in lettuce rather than a bread roll.

In a video, she was shown preparing mini beef burgers with vegetables - including gherkins, carrots and rocket - smashed avocado and tomato sauce for her kids.

She placed the ingredients inside a lettuce cup, rather than a bread roll, but was widely criticised for allegedly giving her kids 'disordered eating' with the healthy meal.

Rachael hit back at the criticism at the time as she claimed the trolls wouldn't
