Naomi Watts posed up a storm while supporting film icon Nicole Kidman as she received an AFI Life Achievement Award at the Dolby Theatre on Saturday in Los Angeles.

The 55-year-old British actress - who recently showed off her impressive physique while working out with her personal trainer - made jaws drop in a blue form fitting gown that clung to her body.

Her signature short blonde locks were parted to the side and were slightly curled at the ends as they glistened in the light.

She accessorized with long strand earrings and rings as she carried a simple white purse along the red carpet.

The stunning look showed off her collarbones as the dress laid slightly off her shoulder. 

The Goodnight Mommy star opted for a full glam look as her red lips and bright eyes popped while she looked runway ready. 

Watts and Kidman previously worked together on the 1991 movie Flirting and have been longtime best friends since.

Hoping to star alongside her close pal again, the Feud star told PEOPLE, 'We've been talking about it for too long, we've gotta make it happen,

'Now that we're getting to the age where it's like, we just want to spend more time with each other. Let's just get on a set, so we can have good, lengthy conversations on a daily basis and share meals,' she added.

Although nothing is set in stone, the A-listers remain optimistic. 'We're definitely continuing to search for the right piece of material,' Watts finished.
