The lingerie model, 36, opted for a casual and comfy ensemble for her morning outing, donning a black cropped hoodie.
She teamed it with a plain white T-shirt and a pair of figure-hugging grey leggings and white trainers.
Zara slung a black leather handbag over her shoulder, and carried a coffee and a racquet, suggesting she had just come from a game of tennis.
Zara and retired footballer Ryan, 50, who have been dating since 2021, are said to be expecting their first child together later this year.

The Manchester United star already has daughter, Libby, 19, and son, Zach, 17, from his 10 year marriage to Stacey Cooke, while Zara has a daughter from a previous marriage.
Insiders claim Stacey - who divorced Ryan back in 2017 - has given the couple her blessing, as well as their children.
A source told The Sun: 'Ryan was nervous about what his kids would think but they've got to know Zara over the last few years and really like her.
'They're happy because they know he's happy... But they've joked that he might struggle with the early mornings and lack of sleep.
'Ryan and Zara are thrilled at the prospect of becoming parents again, they have a very solid, loving relationship and are building a long-term future together.'
