Carrie Bickmore delivered some nasty words while preparing for her upcoming half marathon.
The radio host, 43, shared a foul-mouthed video to Instagram that documented her intense training routine ahead of her challenging run along the Great Wall of China next month.
In the clip, Carrie cursed several times as she attempted to run up a set of stairs in the Dandenong Ranges.
'I thought I should do some more incline. So I've come to 1000 steps in the Dandenongs,' she said between gasps for air.
'I've done a minute up the steps. I'm honestly dead. F**k, f**k, f**k. I can't do it.'

She continued: '[The stairs] just keep going, and going, and going. Oh my god.
'F**k. F**k. F**k. There's more to go too. Like, a lot more.'
The former Project host continued to swear as she filmed herself running down stairs.
'I'm gonna be f**ked,' she said.
In the end, Carrie finally celebrated her goal for completing the gruelling task.
