Scott Cam has opened up about his battle against skin cancer as he told how sun safety is a serious concern as a builder.
The Block host, 61, revealed he has 'spots' all over his hands and arms because his hands were constantly exposed to the sun while working outside on building sites.
Scott, who worked as a builder for two decades before starting his media career on lifestyle show Backyard Blitz in 2000, told Nine he now has permanent skin damage.
'I've got spots all over my hands and forearms because I used to wear roll up sleeves, so my hands were always exposed,' he began.
'We've really got to get sunscreen on hands and arms and things like that, these days, everybody's wearing the appropriate clothing but their hands and arms are still exposed.'
