Coleen Nolan reveals she and her singing sisters were victims of stalking at ... trends now

Coleen Nolan has revealed she and her five other sisters were victims of stalking at the peak of their early careers on Tuesday.

The Loose Women panelist, 59, shared the terrifying ordeal on the ITV lunchtime show while they were discussing Netflix's new jaw-dropping series Baby Reindeer.

Coleen said she and her sisters were 'constantly looking over their shoulders' when they had a stalker, while they were in their girl group The Nolan's in the 1970s. 

The Nolan sisters consisted of Coleen, Denise, 72, Maureen, 69, Linda, 65, Anne, 73, and Bernie - who died in 2013 after losing her battle to breast cancer.

Speaking about her personal experience, Coleen said: 'I was. Well, actually I wasn't. They [the police] were worried that I was going to be a victim.

'So they found out someone who was about to be released [from prison], who was obsessed and six months before, they came to me and said look, "We think this is going to happen" and they brought this amazing stalker side of things who gave me loads of what I should do. 

'It was really, really, really scary actually. You're constantly looking over your shoulder and it's the scariest thing and it happened obviously a few times within my career. 

'You know, me and my sisters had a scary guy stalking us. You know, thinking that we were all - he had this thing that we were all married to him psychologically.'

Coleen said the severity of the stalker was so dangerous, that they were threatened with a bomb after the stalker heard of any relationships that they had. 

She added: 'He would then kick off when he found out we'd had boyfriends and then he threatened to put a bomb in the theatre we were in and then the bomb squad came in and actually caught him. 

'And you know there's another part of me, because he then gets taken away and had severe mental
