Shannon Noll was forced to cancel two of his upcoming shows in Victoria on Friday morning when he was rushed into hospital for an 'emergency procedure'.
The Australian Idol star, 48, announced he was was postponing his sets at Thornbury Theatre on Friday (May 3) and West Gippsland Arts Centre on Saturday (May 4).
While the singer didn't divulge the details of his medical emergency, he assured fans in a Facebook post he would reschedule the shows when he is able to travel again.
'Hi guys, due to unforeseen circumstances I'm afraid I have to postpone this weekend's shows at Thornbury Theatre (May 3) and West Gippsland Arts Centre (May 4),' Shannon wrote in his announcement.
'I'm so sorry to do this but I had to undergo an emergency procedure yesterday that now prevents me from travelling for the next few days.'
