Britney Spears' ex-husband Sam Asghari was spotted grabbing orange juice amid fresh concerns over the pop star's mental health.
The actor, 30, was spotted putting his buff biceps on display as he departed a grocery store with two bottles of juice in his left hand.
Asghari - who recently settled his divorce from Spears - wore a black tank top, pinstripe trousers, and sneakers for the laid-back outing.
Hair was smartly slicked back over his head and he seemed in good spirits for the outing, flashing a smile and a peace sign at one point.
It comes after Britney sparked 'mental health crisis' concerns when she was seen outside barefoot with the paramedics outside the Chateau Marmont in L.A. in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The star also claimed she was 'set up' by her mother Lynne Spears.
It was originally claimed that Spears had suffered the injury after an alleged altercation with her felon 'ex' Paul Richard Soliz at the hotel, but the singer insisted that she fell while trying to 'do a leap' in her room.
On Friday, TMZ claimed Spears and Soliz have previously fought.
The outlet alleged that the couple became embroiled in a major fight while in Las Vegas in late December.
The couple allegedly trashed their hotel room in the midst of their fight, leading to tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage that Britney had to pay for.
Paul drove during the trip but allegedly damaged Britney's Mercedes-Benz during his travels.
The fighting is allegedly non-stop and is partly due to Britney, sources told TMZ. Explaining why the arguments are constant, an insider claimed: 'Britney is out of control, and it's so bad I'm afraid of the worst.'
The outlet also claims her mental health has returned to the state it was at prior to her conservatorship and is allegedly 'getting worse.'
In addition, there is no one directing Britney to seek medical and psychological help. The outlet claims 'her doctors are stymied.'
Soliz, who previously was employed as Britney's maintenance worker, is now in charge of the household operations, TMZ reports.

In her caption, Spears then shifted blame to mom Lynne as she accused the 68-year-old of somehow being 'involved' in the ordeal.
