William H. Macy proved a supportive husband by cheering on wife Felicity Huffman as she returns to television five years after the college admissions scandal.
The 74-year-old Fargo vet gushed about the actress's new gig on the second season of Criminal Minds: Evolution during a candid interview with ET on Thursday.
'It was great! I went to visit her on the set a couple of times... and she had a great time,' the actor said of Huffman's experience.
'I think she did a great job, too. I'm really glad she's working,' he continued.
The Emmy-winning star added that the pair have always connected over their love for acting, noting, 'We give each other each other’s scripts and we give each other notes. We somehow make it work.'

As Felicity gears up for her primetime comeback, William steps into the Planet of the Apes franchise for the first time with the latest installment, Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
