Elle Macpherson has slashed the price of her Florida mansion for a second time to $22million, knocking $7million off the original asking price in a bid to finally offload the property two years after first listing it.
The Australian supermodel, 60, is eager to shift the six-bedroom, Normandy-inspired home she bought in 2018 as she feels now is the right time as her two sons have flown the nest.
The property, located in the private Journeys End Estates in Coral Gables, was first listed in April 2022 for $29million.
She then dropped the price to $27million in the December, before slashing it for a second time to $22million in March 2023.

She then dropped the price again in April 2023, took it off the market but then re-listed and is now keen to snag a buyer
On failing to sell the two-story property, she removed the listing in September, before relisting it the following month.
But despite two price drops, Macpherson has not made a sale.
The supermodel, who was born in Australia before moving to New York in the 1980s, purchased the mansion in 2018 for $8.1 million and made it her home after relocating from London with her family.
She was reportedly unsure about how much she wanted to sell up when she first listed it back in 2022, but now that her sons Flyn, 26, and Cy, 21, are fully independent and have moved out she is ready to push for a sale.
‘She was a little less motivated to sell back in 2022,' a friend of the model told DailyMail.com exclusively. 'She loves the house so much and had offers at the time, but she was not ready to let it go.
‘But now that her sons are older and living on their own, now seems like the right time.’
They added: ‘Her current travel schedule also brings her outside of Florida for most of the year.’
