Kerry Katona has revealed she is getting a rib removed to make her new nose as she prepares to once again go under the knife.

The former Atomic Kitten star, 43, wrote in her new OK! column: 'I'm waiting for a date from Pall Mall for the reconstructive surgery I need for my nose, due to past cocaine abuse in her 20s.

'They're going to use a piece of bone from my rib to repair it. Hopefully, that will be any day now.' 

Earlier in the day, the star also took to Instagram telling fans she was going to undergo the nose job procedure in the afternoon.

The TV star explained they were 'taking a piece of bone from her rib' which would then be used to replace her nose cartilage 'to make it look a bit smaller'.

Kerry also clarified she was in urgent need of the surgery as she had 'three holes' inside her nose due to her past cocaine abuse.

The former singer filmed herself at the Pall Mall Medical, a pricey clinic based in Central London.

She looked hopeful and excited ahead of the procedure, capturing a snap of herself with one of the surgeons.

The TV personality has previously admitted that cocaine used to be her 'only friend' as she spoke about her past drug abuse.
