The first half of the Game Of Thrones spinoff A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms will be overseen by Owen Harris, best known for directing two episodes of Black Mirror, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Harris will direct the program's first three episodes, and he will also serve as one of the project's executive producers.
It was also revealed that the first season of the show - which is being developed along several other spinoffs - would run for a total of six episodes.
Development on A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms was initially announced in 2021.
Variety revealed that the project would be based on George R.R. Martin's Tales of Dunk and Egg novellas, which were released from 1998 to 2010.
