Carrie Bickmore has revealed the extreme lengths she's going to in order to prepare for her upcoming half marathon.
The radio host, 43, has previously revealed she's going to be tackling the Great Wall of China this month.
And on Tuesday, the former Project star brought a Stairmaster into her studio so that she could continue her training while recording the Carrie and Tommy Show with co-host Tommy Little.
'What better way to do it, you guys thought, than putting a Stairmaster in the studio?' said Carrie of her training for the '5000 step' endeavour.
'That was your idea Carrie,' Tommy shot back.

When Carrie appeared to get puffed during the exchange, she complained 'it's hard to talk and stair at the same time.'
'That's what you're going to have to be doing on the Great Wall,' said Tommy.
''I'm not going to chat! I'm going to be focused,' claimed Carrie.
Bickmore shared images from a particularly gruelling training run last month.
The mother-of-two went on a foul-mouthed tirade in an Instagram video which documented her intense training routine.
In the clip, Carrie cursed several times as she attempted to run up a set of stairs in the Dandenong Ranges.
