Australian model Ashley Hart celebrated the arrival of a baby boy with partner Marco Utah in December.
And on Wednesday, the 35-year-old took to Instagram to share an interpretive motherhood dance with her followers.
Ashley explained the rhythmic dance was the first time since giving birth she had decided 'to be moved again'.
She went on to pen an emotive letter dedicated to her movement coach Kate Shela in the caption.
'Today was the first time since being in labour that I decided to be moved again... right here in this same backyard, to the same playlist by my beloved teacher @therealkateshela,' she wrote.
