Tom Sandoval addresses THAT hot mic moment during shocking Vanderpump Rules ... trends now

Tom Sandoval offered an explanation for his ex Ariana Madix breaking the fourth wall on Tuesday's Vanderpump Rules... after he tried to apologize.

Sandoval, 40, was joined by The Valley star/Vanderpump Rules alum Jax Taylor, 44 on Tuesday's episode of Bravo's Watch What Happens Live after their shows' new episodes aired.

Towards the end of Vanderpump Rules, Sandoval tried to go up to Madix, 38, but she walked away and broke the fourth wall.

Madix immediately walked away and went over to producers, telling them, ''He doesn't give a s*** if I f***ing died in a ditch or if I got a f***ing deadly STD the way he was f***ing around behind my back! That is non-informed consent! And he does not deserve to speak to me. He does not get access to me.' 

During Tuesday's Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked him to explain what he meant when he told a friend that her walking away 'looks good' for him, as Cohen explained, 'it looks bad' that he said that. 

After Madix walked away, an angered Tom explained to friend Billie Lee that Ariana, 'doesn't like any of these motherf***ers,' and calling her 'performative,' which she accused him of being. 

Tom insisted, 'That wasn't what I meant. What I meant was I did my job and everything came together. That is what I meant you know, throughout the season we have to obviously have those conversations and I felt good that I at least showed up and did my job.'

Tom was essentially insinuating that Ariana's refusal to talk to Tom on camera meant she wasn't doing her job.
