Ariana Madix defends her decision to not speak to cheating ex Tom Sandoval on ... trends now

Ariana Madix held her ground while appearing on the After Show following the season finale of Vanderpump Rules.

The star, 38, doubled down on not allowing her cheating ex Tom Sandoval speak to her at a party that was shown on the season finale, despite criticism from Tom and co-star Lala Kent.

Ariana revealed she didn't want to speak to him because that moment on camera would benefit him only to try and redeem his reputation - and that he never spoke to her over the summer or offered an apology while they still resided in the same house post Scandoval (since it was off the cameras).

In March 2023, it was revealed that Tom Sandoval, 40, cheated on Ariana, who was his live-in girlfriend of nine years, with one of her best friends, Raquel Leviss, for seven months.

Ariana found out about the affair when she was given Tom's phone during one of his shows with his band, and saw a video of sexual nature of Raquel on his phone.

Ariana said on the After Show: 'There's only one person who would benefit from anything that would have happened in that moment and that's him,' referring to his chance to be on camera and apologize to fix his ruined reputation.

'There's not been one mention of anything the entire summer that sounded anywhere near what is remorse or kindness or anything coming in my direction from him. He knows that this is the last moment he'll have to redeem himself with the audience and I'm not here to facilitate that,' she said, referring to it being the season finale.

'Him crying and me looking like a b***h, I'm not here to facilitate that,' she added.

'Apparently he didn't need to say anything that bad. He could have literally right then. He clearly knows how to email me nonsensical letters of intent. There's so many different ways to try and say something... it actually had nothing to do with me,' Ariana said.

Ariana pointed out that she has no desire or purpose to forgive her ex-boyfriend for his betrayals.

On her critics who think she should speak to Tom or give him on-screen time with her to speak to her, Ariana stood her ground.

'I would encourage that person to read my contract and find at any point in which I'm required to do anything I don't deem real or I don't want to do.

That goes for every single cast member on the show, everyone has the right to exercise that and they do all the time. If you think I'm doing a bad job as a reality star, I'm Reality Star of the Year,' she quipped.
