Channel 4's car show Bangers: Mad for Cars has been reportedly axed after 'poor ratings'.

The show sees British rapper Tinie Tempah and stunt driver Naomi Schiffs going head-to-head to find the best modern classic cars from the 1980s, 1990s and 00s and ultimately deciding which 'banger' is the best.

A TV source told the publication: 'It's so tough for car shows right now, especially on mainstream channels.

'Bangers: Mad For Cars was always viewed within Channel 4 as a one-off.'
