Olly Murs' wife Amelia was in complete awe of the human body as she posted two throwback photos pre and mid-pregnancy on Thursday.
The bodybuilder, 31, and the singer, 39, welcomed their newborn baby daughter Madison last month.
Amelia posted a photo of her ripped figure just a day after her bodybuilding competition, beside a snap of her pregnant belly just two days before she gave birth.
Captioning her post, she wrote: '#throwbackthursday. 1 day post show vs 2 days before Madison was born. The human body continues to amaze me.'
Just days after the happy couple welcomed Madison into the world, Olly had to leave his girls to perform on tour.

Olly recently shared an adorable new picture of his baby daughter while she was sleeping and joked: 'Bless Madi I think she's got her Dads feet'.
He also shared a photo of Maddison wearing a cute, 'I love my daddy lots and lots' baby grow as she held his finger.
The Trouble Maker singer wrote: 'Sunday morning cuddles hit differently now...'
Last month, Olly was emotional as he left his wife and daughter just 48 hours after Amelia had given birth to go back on tour.
Sharing a clip of Olly on stage, Amelia wrote: 'I've just been sat feeding our baby Madi and then we see this post. She doesn't even know she's got a super Daddy yet. We are both missing you very much but so proud of you @ollymurs.'
Olly reposted Amelia's post with a crying emoji, before posting a picture of himself hugging a bunny on stage after receiving it as a gift for Maddison.
He wrote: 'Aww you guys. Madi will love it.'
Taking to the stage with Take That at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, Olly announced: 'What's so amazing about tonight is it's my first show as a daddy.
