The View's Whoopi Goldberg throws serious shade at her OWN talk show while ... trends now
Whoopi Goldberg has admitted that she doesn't enjoy moderating her much-loved ABC program The View as much as she used to.
The 68-year-old actor joined the daytime show back in 2007 and currently sits on the panel alongside Joy Behar, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin.
During an interview on Who's Talking To Chris Wallace? Whoopi was asked if she likes working on the show, and she didn't hold back with her response as she revealed: 'I liked it better before because there was not... people didn't assume that you were starting out to be nasty or horrible or saying stuff.'
Elaborating further, Whoopi continued: 'You used to say something and somebody would say, "Well, actually that's not so," and you could make that adjustment or you could say, "Well, this is why I thought about it this way," but you can't do that anymore.

'Nobody wants to hear what you were thinking. They're only saying, "That's what you said and that must mean that your whole life is that," and it's like wow!'
Chris, 76, replied: 'And this gets back to the idea of the weaponization of an opinion...,' as Whoopi added: 'I feel like now you're always having to hedge what you say because you don't want to p*** people off.'
The broadcast journalist then said: 'Well I was gonna ask you, is there anything that p***es you off right now that you'd like to say?'
Whoopi replied: 'Yeah, but if I say it, it's only going to be a problem! It's only gonna be a problem for you!'
