Leaving the worst for last? Injury runway show at Australian Fashion Week ... trends now

Australian Fashion Week has seen celebrities and influencers alike pull out all the stops this year with their creative looks.

But it appeared that the boldest and most out-there outfits were saved for last at Friday's Injury runway show at Sydney's Carriageworks venue.

As well as some daring looks debuting on the runway, attendees also put on some very quirky displays as they arrived wearing some unique ensembles.

Imogen Anthony stepped out in a wild 'blood dress', which bizarrely featured splatters of bright red resin stuck to sheer fabric.

Imogen, who is the ex of Kyle Sandilands, put on a very leggy display in the barely-there dress from designer LeMÁine.

She also sported a matching 'blood' headpiece which fell down over her face and concealed her features as she showed off her unique look.

Another attendee, known as Jay, also appeared to channel Kanye West as they wore an all-black outfit including a mask covering their face.

The outfit, which featured wide leg trousers, chunky boots, a baggy hoodie and gloves, appeared to resemble one famously worn by rapper Kanye.

They also hung a plastic document wallet around their neck with 'HUMAN' written across it on a printed sheet of paper.

Influencer Charlene Davies also put on an edgy display in a black cut-out gown with two fake wolf heads attached to her chest.
