The star, 43, gave her 363 million followers a treat as she turned her back to the camera and showed off her famous bottom.
Kim - who has been wearing corsets regularly since the Met Gala - wore the number whoch featured subtle crosses and she complemented them with a silver crucifix which she wore with a chunky silver chain.
Her skirt, which reached below her knees, was corset style - having a stylish lace-up design on the back.
Kim's legs were covered by several long marks, most likely from too-tightly laced worn immediately prior.

The post was captioned, 'Babewatch', suggesting that Appleton took inspiration from Baywatch star Pamela Anderson's famous late 90s voluminous updos.
