Anya Taylor-Joy puts on leggy display in a white mini dress after revealing she ... trends now

Anya Taylor-Joy put on a leggy display as she made a guest appearance on Good Morning America while promoting Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga on Tuesday. 

The actress, 28, wowed in New York City as she wore a bright white mini dress layered under a heavy-duty green tweed blazer, which she slung over her shoulders. 

Adding inches to her statuesque figure, Anya slipped into a pair of strappy white heels.  

The blonde beauty appeared in high spirits as she was greeted by crowds of fans who showed up with flyers to support the acting sensation. 

Her outing comes as she revealed she was thrown straight into the deep end and told to drive a car for the first time on the set of Furiosa. 

Anya, who is starring in the upcoming movie with Chris Hemsworth, said she was 'thrown into a car' to perform a wild stunt for the film despite not having her driving licence.

She admitted she has now 'fallen in love' with driving, revealing she is looking forward to finally getting her licence. 

Speaking to Tyler West during a segment on Lorraine, Anya and Chris spoke about their exciting new film.

Tyler said: 'So each scene started with start your engines. And Anya you don't have a driver's licence. How do you find this film?' 

Anya replied: 'They just threw me in the car and went you're going to do this. I was like "Ok". It's fun that the first thing I learned how to do in a car was [stunts]. 

'I have fallen in love with it, I want to get my normal driving licence, I want to get my stunt driving licence. It's a really cool way to learn how to drive.'

At the Cannes Film Festival, Furiosa received a six-minute standing ovation, causing Chris to become a little teary-eyed. 

After the ovation, director George Miller said: 'We worked very hard on this film, and it'll be very interesting to see what you make of it. Thank you for having us.'
