Kate Beckinsale reveals her warm-up methods while filming for new role in Italy ... trends now

Kate Beckinsale has revealed her methods for warming up as she continues filming for her new acting role in Italy.

The English actress, 50, has been busy filming scenes for her new kidnapping movie Stolen Girl, starring alongside Scott Eastwood.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Kate shared a collection of snaps and videos as she revealed that getting ready for a day of shooting 'takes many forms'.

From dancing to The Nolans and The Proclaimers, to stretching out her hamstrings with a friend and practising some yoga, Kate gave fans an insight into how she prepares.

The post also showed Kate wearing a scarf on her head in her dressing room before getting a blonde wig fitted and styled by Italo Gregorio. 

'Warming up takes a many forms, a village, ideally a couple of folk you love and occasionally the Nolans ,' Kate captioned the post.

In one video, Kate could be seen dancing to I'm In The Mood For Dancing with her friend Gabriella Morpeth, while in other the pair are seen singing 500 Miles by The Proclaimers - but changing miles to stairs as they walk down flights. 

And Kate was also seen using Gabriella to stretch ahead of filming, as she puts her leg on her friend's shoulder and stretches it out into a Y-stand. 

Kate also revealed her love of yoga, as she shared a video of her and hairstylist Italo practising a notoriously difficult pose - the crow. 

In her post, Kate shared a video of Italo getting her ready for filming as she grasped a cup of tea and debuted a blonde hairdo.

But many fans were quick to notice the actress's pants, which were peeking out of her trousers, had 'F*** you, you f***ing f***,' written on them.  As well as this, her mug said: 'Mother f***er.'

Taking to the comments, they wrote: 'Love the pants, my type of humour,'; 'My favorite underwear quote,';

'Lol where do you get your briefs? I want!'; 'Great underwear!! U never disappoint!! You're f***ing awesome,';
