Raquel Leviss' revenge porn lawsuit against Tom Sandoval 'moving forward ... trends now

As Scandoval takes on legal ramifications, Raquel Leviss might just get her day in court.

A judge has ruled that the Vanderpump Rules alum, 29, can move forward with her revenge porn lawsuit against ex and former co-star Tom Sandoval, according to Rolling Stone.

On Friday, the Los Angeles County Superior Court judge found that Leviss' lawsuit adequately alleged her assumption that her intimate FaceTime conversations with Sandoval, 40, were 'contemporaneous' and 'confidential.'

Although she was aware she could be recorded, the judge gave merit to the idea that Leviss trusted Sandoval not to save the footage or make copies.

Her attorney Bryan Freedman told People in a statement, 'We are pleased with the Court's order, which recognizes that recording someone in sexually compromising ways without her consent violates California law.

Geragos continued, 'The Judge decisively ruled that Rachel's rights and privacy were violated as alleged and we obviously agree.'

After her affair with Sandoval was made public on season 10 of the Bravo reality series last year, Leviss accused Sandoval of recording an intimate FaceTime conversation without her consent.

In February, Leviss filed a lawsuit against Sandoval and his ex Ariana Madix for 'revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy.'
