Twitter goes into meltdown over Laura’s 'verbal diarrhoea'

She's the favourite to win Matthew 'Matty J' Johnson's heart on The Bachelor.

But on Thursday night's episode Laura Byrne struggled to win over his family, suffering from a severe case of 'verbal diarrhoea' as she met them for the first time.

Twitter went into meltdown over Laura's cringeworthy motor mouth, with one person tweeting: 'Wow the secondhand embarrassment is real.'

Matty's family struggled to get a word in during the meet and greet, with Laura launching straight into a very fast, very awkward introduction of herself.

She also failed to come up with any hobbies she enjoyed doing - despite starting her own jewellery business several years back. 

'I... Oooh! Well, I mean, like... I guess, like... Like, if I'm going to be, like, I love the ocean and I spend all my time there, but, like, my life-life, like, I, I,' Laura replied, struggling to answer the question. 

'Hobbies? Who has hobbies?' Laura said later to the camera.
