Hudson claimed in her petition for order of protection that Otunga has 'a history of physical and emotional abuse'.
'I am afraid D. Otunga will continue to physically intimidate and abuse me,' reads the petition. 'He has a history of physical and emotional abuse, I am afraid that his physical attacks will continue to escalate, especially due to the contentious nature of our parentage proceedings.'
Otunga has since been denied parenting time, and Hudson was also granted exclusive possession of their home, which was first reported by The Blast.
It comes after Hudson was granted a restraining order against Otunga, her fiancé of 10 years after months of 'ending their relationship'.

The news was reported by People on Thursday after which a representative for the Dream Girls actress released a statement revealing news of 'the protective order' she took out in interest of their eight-year-old son David Daniel Otunga Jr.
In the confirmation, the star's aide revealed: 'Today, Jennifer requested and received a protective order against her ex-fiancé. Jennifer’s actions are solely taken in the best interest of their son.'
Following Hudson's statement, Otunga, who used to be a professional wrestler then came out with a statement of his own as his attorney Tracy Rizzo told TMZ, that Jennifer requested the order because she fears losing access to her son.
