Over the summer, she was seen enduring the excruciating pain of getting a large tattoo on her wrist, as a mark of 'love and loyalty' to her 21-year-old son Kai Jenkins.
And Danniella Westbrook, 44, continued to dote on her lookalike offspring on Tuesday, when she took to her Twitter account to urge her 234,000 followers to listen to his new rap track City Boy.
However, when those who granted the former EastEnders star's wishes clicked on the 30-second snippet, they were greeted with imagery of Kai puffing on a roll-up, prompting one viewer to write: 'I hope that's a Silk Cut [cigarette] he's smoking.'

While the embattled actress opted to forgo typing out a response to the tweet, she did 'like' it, doing little to quell questions over what Kai was seen smoking.
But as chatter began to swirl about the precise content of Kai's roll-up, a representative for Danniella defended the budding star - stating that all speculation is merely a result of the youngster's 'very good' acting talents.
When contacted by MailOnline, the spokesperson said: 'This is a music video "acting" out scenes... Kai is also a very good actor in his own right. I can also confirm that no animals or plants were hurt in the making of this video.'
In the brief clip of the trap-style track, Kai is seen lighting up and and enjoying a puff as he raps about puffing on his 'rolly', and sporting a 'pretty boy' haircut.
When Danniella shared the clip, she wrote: 'So proud of my son @KJ_Artist go follow and share this sneak preview of his new video and track out this jan for download #the Westbrook #KjArtist #myson #myworld #beatboss @BeatBossMusic.' (sic)
Despite the questions, a number of the star's followers heaped praise on her son's musical efforts, with one commenting: 'Well done Kai. Sounds really good.'
And while many noted how much Kai resembled his mother, at least two admitted that they struggled to understand what he was rapping about.
'Does it come with subtitles,' enquired one, followed by another who agreed: I was wondering the same thing.'
