Now Davina Rankin, 26, has discussed overcoming anxiety for the first time on Monday as she moves on from the Married At First Sight cheating scandal.
The Brisbane socialite laid bare the harrowing time when she found it difficult to leave her own home and keep up her everyday routines.

'I didn't want to go outside, it was a really weird time for me,' she candidly confessed in her video blog.
Davina added: 'I've suffered from really bad anxiety...The last few months I haven't had the motivation to go out and do things I usually would. Instead of going out and doing things, I would retreat and spend time inside.'
But the personal trainer, who has been working as a PT for eight years, revealed she has begun to 'feel' like herself again.
'Really starting to feel like myself again. I have been so unmotivated recently. Slowly but surely I've began to find my feet again,' she explained.
