Elizabeth Hurley has shared a sweet photo with her model nephew Miles, three weeks after he was left for dead in a brutal road rage stabbing attack.
The 52-year-old actress could be seen cuddling up to her beloved 21-year-old nephew who proved he was on the road to recovery as he looked straight at the camera in the snap, with Liz thanking God' that he had survived the horrific attack.
The star, who wore bunny ears in the snap wrote: 'Thanking God today that I have my nephew @mileshurley1 with us for Easter. His knife wound is still oozing blood but he’s alive and we’re thankful for that.'

Raising further awareness of the attackers as well as the dangers of carrying knives, the Austin Powers actress continued: 'The knifemen who attacked him are still at large and roaming around London.
'If you don’t feel ok with that, you should demand more police on your streets, more CCTV, more stop and search and harsher sentencing for carrying lethal weapons. Happy Easter xx.'
Last week Miles shared a photo of his first steps since he was brutally stabbed two weeks before.
Miles was rushed to hospital after he and a friend were stabbed following a minor road crash in south-west London on March 8.
He shared a picture to Instagram in which he stood in front of a leafy, outdoor backdrop which he captioned 'first walk in two weeks'.

The photo shows the model making a recovery from the horrific wounds he suffered in the attack.
Earlier this week, his famous aunt tweeted a graphic picture of the knife wound in his back on Twitter.
In another post, she revealed that the five men who attacked Mr Hurley - who lost four pints of blood from the stabbing - had also tried to stuff him into the boot of their car.
