And Kate Garraway has admitted since turning 50 she's in better shape than ever and admitted that eating avocados has helped her overcome mid-morning sugar cravings.
Speaking to Fit & Well magazine, the ITV broadcaster revealed that reaching her birthday milestone gave her the opportunity to focus on her wellbeing and re-evaluate how she wants to spend the next decade.

She shared: 'Half of my life, even if I live to 100, is done. It starts to make you re-evaluate how you want to spend the next years – you want to make them as many as possible, so you eat to be healthy as opposed to being thin.'
Having getting up at 3am for over two decades, the mother-of-two explained that revamping her diet helped her stay healthy and increase her energy levels after she realised that she had been eating loads of sugar.
She said: 'I tried different popular diets and I realised, because of the crazy shifts I do, I regulated my energy with sugar bursts. I didn’t think I ate a lot of sugar but by 8am I’ve always had loads of chocolate.'
