Gwyneth Paltrow and fiance Brad Falchuk have signed off on a prenup according to a new claim.
The 45-year-old actress and 47-year-old producer will be taking precautionary measures before their upcoming nuptials reports Us Weekly on Thursday.
An insider told the publication that the pair 'have signed off on their prenup' and that it was a relatively smooth process as 'they are very much on the same page.'
As the engaged couple have been married before, they deemed it necessary to have it.

The source continued to explain by adding that Brad and Gwyneth have 'both been married and knew it was smart to have one.'
On Tuesday Gwyneth revealed that her children can't wait for their mom to get married.
'They are excited,' the mother-of-two said on Good Morning America on Tuesday.
Daughter Apple, 13, and 12-year-old son Moses, were born during the actresses first marriage to Chris Martin.
