In March, Noni rushed to Sam's hospital bedside in Los Angeles after he was badly injured in a horror crash on his motorbike.
After arriving at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, the former Bachelor star shared an Instagram snap of herself cuddling up to her broken and bruised boyfriend.
