She is the host of the mega-popular Love Island, which will soon be entering its fourth series.
And proving she is the perfect woman to host the series, Caroline has revealed that she is a 'viewer first' when it comes to the ITV series and is excited to watch the show 'live with the nation.'
The TV star, 38 - who recently announced her engagement to beau Andrew Brady - admitted to The Sun: 'Love is what we all eventually want; we relate to it, we look for it. In a way, Love Island has taken us back to the old-fashioned way of dating.'

Caroline also admitted that she 'embraced' watching the show alongside the viewers and in particular referenced Camilla's break-up with Jonny as 'something we have all felt.'
'We all have a fascination with other people’s relationships, even when we’re at school it’s what we talk about,' Caroline noted.
Meanwhile on Friday's edition of Lorraine live from the Love Island villa in Majorca, Caroline dished on the new series and her engagement to The Apprentice's Andrew.
She went on to speak about Danny Dyer's daughter, Dani, who has insisted that she will not be having sex on the dating TV show.

'You get carried away sometimes don’t you, when you fall in love? Especially when you’re on holiday in the moment, with the sun,' she said, suggesting Dani might go back on her word. This also appeared to be a nod to her own recent holiday, in which she became engaged to Andrew, having only met him a mere months ago.
Responding to a question about whether she now feels 'smug' because this year she has bagged a man of her own, Caroline insisted that the answer was no.
'I don’t feel smug, I feel exactly the same really. I just feel the same but different, I suppose, I don’t know,' she insisted. 'It does feel nice, but I still don’t think I’m qualified to give any advice, not from me! I can just be someone they can talk to.'
