Katy Perry got to witness some priceless treasures on Saturday.

The singer toured the historic Oxford University as she took a small break from the UK leg of her world tour.

The 33-year-old shared her adventures with her 70million+ followers on Instagram.

In one of her stories, she pored over a 431-year-old first edition of Isaac Newton's Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica.

She spied an even older book for her mother, a pastor: 'Mom, this one's for you, bibles from 1578. 

Afterwards she headed up to Christ Church Cathedral, also on the campus, where she enjoyed Miles rocking out on the pipe organ.
