The 31-year-old rapper's album broke the global record on Spotify for the most streams ever for individual tracks - at 132, 450, 203, according to Variety.
The news comes after Michael Jackson's nephew Austin Brown spoke out about Drake using his uncle's unreleased track as a sample on one of his songs,TMZ reports.

Austin told the outlet that he's 'not ok with him' using it, adding that 'if he [Michael] didn't finish it, you shouldn't use it.'
Adding that while he 'respects' Drake, he wouldn't have done it if it was him.
Austin, who is the son of Rebbie Jackson, told TMZ his thoughts on it on Friday while out in Hollywood.
The song was a tune Michael had worked on before his hit single Thriller.

Variety writes that fellow rapper Post Malone had previously set a record on Spotify with his Beerbongs & Bentleys album, which was streamed worldwide 78,744,748 times.
Drake broke that record with 132,450,203 streams of his album's individual tracks, Variety reports.
The website also noted that on Apple Music, Scorpion was streamed 170 million times on Friday.

Drake's last release - More Life - in 2017 had 89.9 million streams on the first day.
Variety said that the results were from SpotfiyCharts.com but noted that a Spotify rep said that the data may not be 'fully accurate.'
Scorpion was the number one album on Apple Music charts in 92 countries on Friday, they reported.
