On Sunday, sporty Davina McCall took part in Blackheath's Race For Life, in honour of her late sister Caroline Baday.

Despite Caroline tragically losing her battle against cancer in 2012, presenter Davina, 50, sported a wide smile as she ran in the 30 degree London heat, showing off her athletic frame.

She ran in a 'Ryvita' tee and black and white shorts, grinning broadly as she completed the course.

Make-up free and sunkissed, the £100k Drop presenter swept her brunette locks away from her face in a ponytail, keeping her gold earrings, a necklace and bracelets on the for sporting event.

Ahead of the run, the television presenter said she felt 'a bit emotional' standing on the start line.

She was one of thousands of women at the Cancer Research UK race in Blackheath, and said afterwards that it had been 'an amazing experience'.

Davina is currently training to become a qualified personal trainer with LDN Muscle’s PT Academy.

She already earned her level two qualification in Fitness Instructing through the academy at the end of February, and the full qualification is the next step.

Although she is a hardcore fitness fan, the mother-of-three revealed her children are her number one priority above keeping in shape.

Davina and her estranged husband Matthew Robertson raise their three kids Holly, aged 16, Tilly, aged 14, and Chester, aged 11.  

Yet the television personality got into shape after she swapped yo-yo dieting and binge exercise for a healthy balanced lifestyle.
