However, the same is not true for insomniacs, researchers have found. 

Dutch scientists asked dozens of volunteers to relive cringe-worthy mistakes they have made during their life.

The researchers also took MRI scans, in hope of noticing a change in brain activity while they recalled their shameful moments.
