Have you ever wondered if you’d outlive your favourite celebrity?

There's no need to wait any longer, for a fascinating online calculator can solve the riddle for you.

The tool, created by the Office of National Statistics (ONS), simply asks for a person’s age and gender before calculating their life expectancy – meaning you can compare yours against others.

For example, Harry Styles, who is aged 29, can expect to live until he is 85.

And, as the widget based on Government data reveals, there is a 7.6 per cent chance of him becoming a centenarian.

Dr Harriet Leyland, a clinical advisor at myGP told MailOnline: 'Life expectancy is influenced by many factors including genetics and behavioural risks to health such as smoking, poor diet and lack of exercise.

'However, the bigger influence is likely to be wider socio-economic influences such as income, housing, and employment status.'

She added: 'There is not much that can be done about genetic factors or external socio-economic factors, but improving healthy behaviours for example by stopping smoking, or increasing the amount of exercise taken can improve health outcomes at an individual level.'

MailOnline has gathered the ages of some of the world's most famous faces to calculate their life expectancy. So will you outlive these celebrities?
